V-Move are a boutique estate agent with a unique approach to selling property. Their dedication in creating quality profiles of homes is second to none. SCK were tasked with creating a new website and branding for this startup company that would give them a portal to showcase available properties online and to get their bespoke offering talked about and utilised by prospective buyers and people selling their homes.

The challenge

V-Move requested SCK to deliver a contemporary identity and a new website. The site needed to showcase available properties throughout the lancashire and South Lakes region, with quality photography whilst enabling V-Move to talk about their unique approach, tips on selling your home and a blog that could be easily and regularly updated. Their requirements also included a dedicated property search tool, featured and most recent property highlights, online property mapping, fact-sheets and advice.

What we did

Branding and Website Design

SCK created a youthful, energetic, bright and recognisable identity for V-Move that would stand out amongst the estate agency crowd. The contemporary typeface and bespoke mark would be used both online and on a plethora of marketing material, so it needed to stand out and be remembered. The resulting identity is a strong reflection of what V-Move stands for - a stylish, unique, value driven & informative estate agency that is geared to sell lifestyles whilst being easily recognisable amongst a crowded marketplace.

The website designed by SCK needed to follow on from the identity that was created. Our approach was to create a simple, easy to use website that enabled V-Move make the most out of their properties. The site needed to allow V-Move to be informative and fresh in their approach to selling, with users being able to simply search and find property that was right for them and for them to gather key information about the V-Move offering.
