Managing Enquiries

How to View Enquiries


Once you have logged into the editor click 'Enquiries' from the menu on the left.


You will now see a table of all enquiries made through the contact form on your site.


The first column contains the details of who the message is from and how to contact them. You can use these details (usually an email address and telephone number) to respond to their enquiry. The second column contains the date and time of when the enquiry was submitted and the third column contains the message.


The final column can be used to delete a message, click the 'Delete' link to delete the enquiry in the corresponding row.
